$10,000 deposit ($5,000 due at contract signing, balance due within 30 days), and $1,000/month for 12 months. Estimated completion 90 days. Includes 15 hours/month of provided additional service hours; additional services billed at $75/hour.

• Full new website development and design for Emerson Estate,, Desert VIP Services, and up to 8 additional properties, with distinctive branding for each; includes integration with ownerreservations.com
• Related support:
  • 1 year website hosting
  • domain name registrations with SSL certificates
  • weekly software updates
  • weekly backups of full websites and databases
• Graphic design to match rebranding for all contracts, documents, marketing materials, etc.
• Custom listings on vacation rental, wedding service provider, and location listing websites, etc.
• Guest Welcome Book (reference manual) and updates for up to 10 properties.
• Creation of a Desert VIP Services social media presence (Facebook & Instagram), marketing plan, content creation and maintenance
• Sourcing vendors for and designing branded merchandise
• Provide monthly Executive Report summarizing website activity, bookings, and advertising campaign conversions
• Any additional work as needed
